ABOUT THIS PROJECT
For this Sonoma County home, we finished the cabinetry throughout the kitchen and coffee bar. The light-stained white oak gives the perimeter cabinetry a soft, sun-warmed feel, while the deeper walnut-toned island adds a richer, more grounded contrast at the center of the room. We carried that darker wood tone into the coffee bar, creating a warm little moment that feels distinct while still connected to the kitchen.
